is all I can say about the matter. In case you haven't read PDI's spot on Editorial yesterday, here's the link. This subject has been overlooked by the media. I cannot comment any further. I can't even comment at all. So I figured I'd just share the link and let PDI do the talking hehe.

The top two cronies - the port operator and the shipping magnate - obviously hold sway. Now one of them is involved in the recent accident. I even doubt she will order the prioritization of the bill.
Why don't the victims file a class-action suit and bleed them dry? They have a few months to wait.
