Look what I found

An unpublished post sometime in 2008:

Can't really blame the people working in government now. Before, I was an apologist myself. I had to say sorry to the farmer groups who found themselves compromised because we opened up to globalization a little too much too soon. I had to say sorry to the peasant groups who had to face a neophyte instead of a high level official who could make decisions and commit right there and then. I had to defend the government's position at all costs. Most of all, I was trained to believe that whatever government did, was the best for everyone.

But then being on the other side of the fence made me realize that for 6 years, I was brainwashed. LoLz. There is hope for everyone :D
